Sound Alert for Cops Empty Sound Alert for Cops

- Insert a sound alert for cops whenever there's Bank robberies, because sometimes we do not realize that there is BR.
If possible add sound alert to Store robberies also

- Whenever there's a store robbery it says "There's a robbery taking place at ...."
Instead, clarify the information. It should say "There's a store robbery taking place at ..."
