You apply for a level by posting your application under the title "G/S name application for level X" in the Gang Management forum using this format:

Level 1 wrote:- a minimum of 3 players in your gang, 2 for squads
- a finished topic on the forum
- a minimum of 10 gang/squad activities posted on your media archieve

Level 2 wrote:- a minimum of 6 players in your gang, 4 for squads
- a regularly activity post on your gang/squad media archieve
- your gang/squad has shown constant activity

Level 3 wrote:- a minimum of 10 players in your gang, 7 for squads
- a regularly activity post on your gang/squad media archieve
- your gang/squad has shown constant activity
